Performance of all services will be at the government site in Crane, Indiana, with the Program Manager required to be within a 50-mile radius. The anticipated contract is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level of Effort type with a one-year base and four option years, estimated at 106 FTEs per year.
