This is a Sources Sought/RFI for planning purposes to identify capable SeaPort-NxG MAC holders for future Property Management and Accountability Support services at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division in Crane, IN. The required services cover acquisition, inventory, movement, and disposal of property across six task areas. The Government is considering a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract with a one-year base period and four option years, with a total estimated level of effort of 103 FTEs or 981,200 hours per year plus a 10% surge.
