PSC J059 – NAICS 811210 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action Date: 09 SEP 2025 – Closing Date: 30 SEPT 2025 – 3:00 pm Time Eastern ITEM DESCRIPTION - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement to move repair of Legacy Prime Mission Equipment (PME) from the Government facility to off-site facilities to free up Government lab space for the Organic Depot Repair of PME utilized in new/developing systems that require a higher level of Organic Government Engineering and Logistics Support. The contractor shall conduct test, evaluation, repair, modification, and upgrade of PME Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs), Shop Replaceable Assemblies, (SRAs), and components utilized in Electronic Warfare Systems. This tasking includes maintenance and repair of Government Furnish Equipment (GFE) and cable manufacturing. This effort will be executed utilizing a full and open competition acquisition process among businesses within 120 miles of the NSA Crane Visitor Center located at 103 Furlong St. Crane, IN 47522 and will utilize a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), C type contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The Navy intends to solicit this contract on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.1. Delivery is required FOB Destination NSWC Crane. The solicitation will be made available posted on SAM.GOV. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https:/sam.gov/. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
