The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane intends to issue a five-year, cost-plus-fixed-fee task order for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) services for EA-18G and P-8A aircraft systems. The period of performance is one base year plus four one-year option years. The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation in Linthicum Heights, MD. While the action is currently sole-source, the agency will consider capability statements from other responsible sources for the potential purpose of re-evaluating the acquisition strategy.
