The Navy (NSWC Crane) seeks offers for a five-year IDIQ firm-fixed-price contract to manufacture Missile Extractor Loaders and Vertical Handling Adapters used for lifting, installing, and removing submarine canisters. Production must occur exclusively at facilities within 250 miles of Crane, IN, with delivery FOB Destination to NSWC Crane. The contract will be a small business set-aside and is planned on a full and open competition basis after excluding non-small businesses.
