Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division has a requirement for design support during construction in Building 109 at Naval Weapon Station Crane in Crane, Indiana. The contractor must provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and environmental and quality controls. This proposed contract action is sole source to Universal Design Associates Inc. under FAR 6.103-1 because only one responsible source is available and items are peculiar to one manufacturer. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with that source, though all responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. Anticipated award date is 30 Sept 2026.
