Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane requires storage of Government Furnished Material (GFM) purchased under separate contracts for incorporation into a contract for full deliverables. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Spectra Technologies, LLC under FAR 13.101(b), as Spectra is the prime contractor for the final deliverables into which the GFM will be incorporated. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration, but the Government retains sole discretion on whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation is issued under FAR 12.201-1, and amendments will be posted to Contract Opportunities on sam.gov, which interested vendors must monitor.
