NSWC Crane Division requires four on-site OPUS Suite training courses—Opus10 Basic, OPUS10 Advanced, SIMLOX Basic, and SIMLOX Advanced—for ten personnel per class, under a fully funded, firm-fixed-price purchase order with a period of performance from award through one year and an anticipated award date of 30 SEP 2026. The requirement is sole-sourced to the OEM, WIP Services, LLC, under FAR 6.103-1(b) because the items are peculiar to one manufacturer.
