This is a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial procurement for PLX periscope and retroreflector optical lab equipment for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. The government intends to negotiate only with PLX Inc. of Deer Park, New York, due to its proprietary rights and status as the only responsible source. Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which the agency will consider for potential competitive procurement.
