INSULTING WASHERS
This solicitation is a limited competition procurement for Hydrophone Backing Plates required by Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. The government intends to negotiate with three previously approved vendors from Indiana: Brownstown Quality Tool & Automation, Wagler Competition Products, and Stark Precision Machine, under FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration, though the government retains discretion not to compete the requirement. Interested parties must be registered in both SAM and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access the controlled attachments. The performance locations associated with the approved suppliers are in Brownstown, Odon, and Terre Haute, Indiana.
