The Government intends a sole-source/brand-name-only procurement from General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc., Dedham, MA, for KG-204 equipment, KG-204 repairs, and extended warranty because the items are peculiar to one manufacturer. The effort will be administered as a Blanket Purchase Agreement for acquisition and repair of KG-204 as requirements become known, with calls placed only by authorized NSWC Crane personnel. Contractors must be registered in SAM and hold CMMC Level 2 (Self-Assessment) to be awarded under the BPA and any resulting call orders. No pricing is required with the solicitation; pricing will be requested later via RFQ on a firm-fixed-price, FOB Destination basis. The BPA has a $350,000 call limit and a $1,000,000 ceiling over a 4-year period of performance, with inspection/acceptance at NSWC Crane unless otherwise stated in a call.
