The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane requires a sole-source procurement of Crest Solvaclean service and chemicals for its specialized 3-Stage SOLVAC system. The government intends to negotiate only with Crest Ultrasonics Corp of Ewing, NJ, under FAR 13.106-1, as these solvents are uniquely engineered for the existing equipment. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. Performance will be at NSWC Crane. Contractors must be registered in SAM.
