This is a sole source requirement for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) maintenance and gold tube testing for Cross-Field Amplifiers, to be negotiated with Stellant Systems Inc. Stellant is the only source capable of fulfilling this critical requirement without causing unacceptable delays to the mission. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration of a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offers must be submitted via email to the designated contracting officer.
