The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires maintenance services for Teradyne Spectrum 9100 Test Stations. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source contract with Teradyne, INC, as they are determined to be the only vendor capable of providing the necessary services and supplies. While all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for agency consideration, the determination not to compete the contract remains at the Government's discretion. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access controlled attachments. All offers and required information must be submitted via email by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on April 20, 2026.
