This is a sole source requirement for the repair of two Hurco vertical machining centers, with the Government intending to negotiate only with Hurco Companies, Inc. and its Authorized Distributors in Indianapolis, IN. The sole source justification is due to the contractor's exclusive use of proprietary software, diagnostic tools, and technical data. While the opportunity is posted as a sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for agency consideration. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM and have a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 Self-Assessment.
