The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires 20 of one circuit card assembly and 10 of another for the MTS B HD Triton System, with delivery required within 14 weeks of award. Inspection and acceptance will occur at NSWC Crane. This is a sole-source procurement intended for FCG, Inc. DBA Flexible Circuits, Inc. of Pennsylvania, as they are the original equipment manufacturer; using an alternate source would cause a 16-month schedule delay. While the government intends to negotiate with this single source, it will consider capability statements from other responsible sources for the purpose of potentially determining future competition.
