Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires two commercial off-the-shelf automatic package mixers with specific technical characteristics, to be delivered FOB Destination to NSWC Crane. The procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition after applying a small business set-aside. Offers must be submitted via email, and contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All changes to the solicitation before the closing date will be posted on the SAM.gov website. After the closing date, only vendors who have submitted a quote will receive amendments and be considered for award.
