8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires 26 Millpower M357380 and 16 Milpower M359380-5 battery packs. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source contract with Milpower Source Inc. and its authorized distributors, citing that these specific items are already integrated into an existing program. While all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration, the determination to compete the contract is solely at the Government's discretion. Offers must be emailed to a specified Navy address.
