This is a sole-source procurement for annual maintenance and support of an existing engineering software license, with the Government intending to negotiate only with Keysight Technologies Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO. While other responsible sources may submit a capability statement for agency consideration, the determination not to compete the contract rests solely with the Government. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website for any amendments to the solicitation.
