The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires Universal Synaptics hardware for the Intermittent Fault Detection Isolation System to support the EA-18G. This is a sole source procurement intended for Universal Synaptics in Ogden, UT, as they own the proprietary rights and are the only source able to perform the required repair. While the government intends to negotiate with one source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration. Offers must be emailed to a specified Navy address.
