This is a sole source procurement where the Government intends to negotiate only with HDL Research Lab Inc. in Brenham, Texas, for the test, teardown, evaluation, and repair of Compact Electronics Units, plus new units. While capability statements from other responsible sources will be considered, the determination to compete the contract is solely at the Government's discretion. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website for any amendments to the solicitation.
