The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane has a sole source requirement for 40 units of part number G-STN-116770. The Government intends to negotiate only with Stockwell Elastomerics, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, as the original and only available manufacturer. The justification is that developing an alternate source would cause critical delays to system delivery and ship deployment. While other responsible sources may submit a capability statement for agency consideration, the Government's decision not to compete the contract is discretionary. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
