Project consists of the removal and disposal of vinyl composite tile (VCT) floor; removal and disposal of existing cove base; removal of existing wall section to allow the installation of new metal door and frame; construction of new drywall, patch and paint walls, installation of new carpet floor and cove base; removal and disposal of existing Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E); disconnect and re-connect electrical cables; installation of light switch to existing lights; realignment of existing lights; installation of emergency light; ceiling tiles; removal of existing electrical bus bars; installation of new HVAC return vent; relocation of blue light; procurement and installation of new Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
