The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires the procurement of Test Program Sets (TPS) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to support depot repair testing for 15 specific AN/ZPY-3 sonar system Shop Replaceable Assemblies. The work includes all non-recurring engineering to develop and manufacture the TPS hardware and software and the hosting ATE. Services will be performed at the government-designated location, Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). The government intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a sole-source basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. While the solicitation is issued as sole-source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration.
