NSWC Crane intends to solicit and award a single Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for evaluation, overhaul, and new manufacture of AN/SPS-49 Bull Gears (P/N 912001); AN/SPS- 48E Bull Gear Bearings (P/N 195983), and MK-82 Director Bull Gears (P/N 2907656) with multiple levels of repairs and supplemental repairs offered for each Bull Gear type. The Government's requirement for award is a minimum of 1 each evaluation. First Article Testing will be required if the requirement has not been performed in the last five (5) years. FOB Destination is Crane, IN. The solicitation will be made available posted to SAM.gov. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://www.SAM.gov. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
