N0016424RWP13 – For the manufacture, qualification, inspection, and delivery of the Rotary Coupler used in the SPS-67(V)1 – 5840 – NAICS 334511 Issue Date: 7 September 2023 – Closing Date: 13 October 2023 – 4:00 PM Time Eastern NSWC Crane intends to solicit and award a single Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the manufacture, qualification, inspection, and delivery of the Rotary Coupler used in the SPS-67(V)1. The Government's requirement for award is a minimum of 1 each new manufacture. First Article Testing will be required if the requirement has not been performed in the last five (5) years. FOB Destination is Crane, IN. The solicitation will be made available posted to sam.gov. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://www.sam.gov. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
