NSWC Crane Synopsis N0016424RWP12 – New Manufacture of the SPS-49 Reflectors - FSC: 5840 NAICS: 334511 Issue Date: 07 September 2023 – Closing Date: 10 October 2023 – 3:00pm Time Eastern Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, IN, has a requirement for the new manufacture of the SPS-49 Reflectors. Delivery is FOB Destination. NSWC Crane intends to solicit and award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) 5 year contract for the new manufacture of the SPS-49 Reflectors. These Reflectors must be manufactured according to drawings and specifications that will be provided at solicitation. First Article testing will be required for offerors that have not manufactured the reflectors within the last 5 years and will be inspected and accepted by the Government. The contract minimum award amount is expected to be one reflector. THIS EFFORT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Respondents may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. The technical data package contains information that is export controlled. Only those companies that have completed DD Form 2345 and are certified under the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in an active status are authorized to receive export controlled information.
