N0016424RWP09 – COMPETITIVE - Overhaul and Repair of the MK99 FCS, MK81 SPG62 Antenna, and MK82 Gun and Guided Missile Director – PSC J020/5840 – NAICS 334511 This replaces the N0016423RWP09 posting for solicitation linkage purposes. Issue Date: 15 MAR 2024 – Closing Date: 19 April 2024 – 4:00 PM EDT Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the overhaul and repair for the MK99 Fire Control System (FCS), MK81 Director Group’s SPG62 Antenna, and MK82 Gun and Guided Missile Director. MK99 FCS is the illuminator for the AEGIS Weapons System in support of United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). NSWC Crane intends to issue a five (5) year, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), competitive, non-commercial solicitation at an anticipated dollar value of $17,000,000. The Navy intends to solicit this contract on a small business set-aside basis IAW FAR 6.203. Delivery is required FOB Destination NSWC Crane. The solicitation will be made available posted on sam.gov. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https:/sam.gov/. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award. The solicitation, all amendments and associated controlled documents will be posted on Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE formerly known as WAWF) Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil. The solicitation notice will flow to SAM.gov, but the actual posting will be in PIEE. The proposal shall also be submitted through the Solicitation Module in PIEE. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to PIEE on https://piee.eb.mil.
