THIS EFFORT WILL BE PARTIALLY SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. SMALL BUSINESS CLINS ARE IDENTIFIED BY “**” IN ATTACHMENT 1. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and make a single or multiple awards of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with an ordering period of five (5) years for – Connectors in support of outboard submarine and surface ship sonar cable assemblies of the following systems: AN/SQS-53C, OK-542, OA-9070 and AN/BQQ-10 systems. Thes connectors provide electrical connections between the outboard sensors and the inboard electronics cabinets. The Government intends to award to the responsible Contractor(s) whose offer(s) represents the best value, utilizing the Tradeoff Process, to the Government considering technical, past performance, and price. All manuals, specifications, and/or other technical documents will be available at time of RFP issuance. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to receive the controlled attachments. If a contractor is not current in either SAM or JCP offerors will not be granted access to controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on JCP registration requirements by calling 1-877-352-2255 or via the internet at https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/.
