CLIN 0001 – Base Award qty 25 P/N FAF782 CLIN 0002 – Option 1 Year 2 – qty 15, P/N FAF782 CLIN 0003 – Option 2 Year 3 – qty 15, P/N FAF782 The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Magnetika, Gardena, CA, CAGE CODE: 15634), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being solicited on a sole source basis because (Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.
