The proposed contract action is for the rentals for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a competitive basis under a 100% setaside for small business. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR subpart 13.5.
