N0016424Q0075 – Automated Storage and Retrieval System – FSC 3990– NAICS 493110 Issue Date: 6 December 2023 – Closing Date: 8 January 2024 – 2:00 PM Eastern The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as Full and Open Competition utilizing FAR 13.5 procedures for proposed C type contract. The applicable NAICS Classification is 493110. Delivery is required FOB Destination: NSWC Crane Division, Crane, Indiana 47522-5001. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via https://sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx. The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation Number N0016424Q0075 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https:// sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
