NSWC Crane intends to issue a three (3) year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, competitive non-commercial solicitation in the third (3) quarter of fiscal year 2023. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition IAW FAR 6.1. Delivery is required FOB Destination. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division is seeking information from companies that have the capability and facilities to perform refurbishment/repair, qualification inspection, and delivery of Upper Rotary Joint and Lower Rotary Joint used in the AN/SPS-67(V)1. Responses should include historical evidence of evaluating and repairing AN/SPS-67(V)1 Rotary Couplers. Responses should also include availability, budgetary cost estimate, and lead times.
