N0016423RGP75 – TR-343 SONAR TRANSDUCERS – FSC 5845 – NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date: 07 December 2022 – Anticipated Closing Date: 06 January 2023 – Time Eastern Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement to procure TR-343 Sonar Transducers. The TR-343 Transducer provides echo-ranging capability for detecting targets for the AN/SQS-53C Hull Mounted Sonar Array Subsystem as part of the AN/SQQ-89(V) Acoustic Sonar Weapons (ASW) System.These broadband transducers are mounted in a cylindrical array in the bow of the ship. First Articles are required unless the manufacturer has previously furnished the same or similar items accepted by the Government. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this 5-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.1.
