N0016422RWQ92 – SOLE SOURCE – G3 TECHNOLOGIES INC. – PSC Z1BG – NAICS 334220 Issue Date: 15 February 2022 – Closing Date: 02 March 2022 at 4:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR) intends to award a Sole Source, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) five year contract to G3 Technologies Inc., 10280 Old Columbia Rd, Columbia, MD, 21046 in support of the Pacer Test Cellular Systems. This effort will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition is the lack of sufficient technical data, duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source. No solicitation will be available at SAM.gov and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. The POC is Mr. Jared Myers, Code 0242, at email jared.s.myers3.civ@us.navy.mil. Reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
