N0016422RWP89 – Evaluation, Overhaul, Supplemental Repair, and Testing of Alternating Current (AC) Motors used in the AN/SPS-49, AN/SPS-48E, AN/SPS-67(V)1, AN/SPS-67(V)3/5, AN/SPS-40, AN/SPQ-9B, AN/SPS-55A, and AN/SPS-55 Radar Antenna Systems PSC J020 - NAICS 811310 Issue Date: 16 DEC 2021 – Closing Date: 18 JAN 2022 - 2:00 PM EST ITEM DESCRIPTION: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the Evaluation, Overhaul, Supplemental Repair, and Testing of Alternating Current (AC) Motors used in the AN/SPS-49, AN/SPS-48E, AN/SPS-67(V)1, AN/SPS-67(V)3/5, AN/SPS-40, AN/SPQ-9B, AN/SPS-55A, and AN/SPS-55 Radar Antenna Systems. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services, supplemented with additional information included/attached to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are to utilize the attached SF1449 form. NSWC Crane intends to issue a five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, competitive commercial solicitation in the second (2) quarter of fiscal year 2022. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.2. Delivery is required FOB Destination. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx . The controlled attachments will be posted to SAM at the same time the solicitation is posted. When requesting access to the attachments, please include the company’s CAGE code in reason text box of the request. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.
