N0016422RGW12 – Proof Load Testing of Launch Tube Installation Handling Equipment (LTIHE) - PSC 6635 - NAICS 334519 - Anticipated RFP issue date 11-Oct-2021 - Anticipated RFP closing date 10-Nov-2021 THIS EFFORT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION UTILIZTING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF FAR SUBPART 13.5. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and make a single award of firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period for Proof Load Testing of Launch Tube Installation Handling Equipment (LTIHE). The Government intends to award to the responsible Contractor whose offer represents the best value, utilizing the tradeoff process, to the Government considering technical, past performance, and price. The following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN(s)) are anticipated: CLIN 0001- Proof Load Test on Lifting/Pulling Frame CLIN 0002- Proof Load Test on Horizontal Transfer Sling Assembly CLIN 0003- Proof Load Test Cradle/Ring Sling Assembly CLIN 0004- Data-Not Separately Priced (NSP) Government specifications will be available at time of RFP issuance. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the sam.gov website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and be considered for future discussions or award.
