N0016422QWP90 – SOLE SOURCE - This requirement is for the Procurement of AN/SPS-49 Internal High Voltage Power Supply (HVPS) Parts: High Voltage Output Terminal (Ceramic Terminal) in support of Performance Based Logistics Organic (PBLO). – FSC 5940 – NAICS 327110 Issue Date: 25 FEBRUARY 2022 – Closing Date: 28 MARCH 2022 – 2:00 Time Eastern ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for High Voltage Output Terminals for use on the AN/SPS-49 transmitter high voltage power supply, for the purpose of isolating the -45KVDC operating voltage from the chassis, IAW a statement of work and Ceramtec drawing for part number (P/N) 6398-01-A. This requirement is planned as a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of five (5) years. Delivery is FOB Destination. CLIN 0001: High Voltage Output Terminal in support of the AN/SPS-49 program in accordance with Ceramtec drawing and Ceramtec P/N 6398-01-A. CLIN 0002: Data (NSP) SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Ceramtec North America Corporation, One Technology Place, Laurens, South Carolina 29360-1669, under FAR subpart 13.5 in accordance with 41 USC 1901. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
