N00164-22-Q-0240 – SOLE SOURCE –FPGA CARDS– FSG 5998 - NAICS 334418 ISSUE DATE 1 SEPT 2022 – CLOSING DATE 14 SEPT 2022 – 12:00 PM Eastern Time Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for P/N: DSP-PCIe/104-CC Field Programmable Gate Array card The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Sundace Digital Signal Processing, Inc. 2591 Range View Lane, Reno, NV 89519-0907, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR subpart 13.5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
