N0016421RWP81 – OVERHAUL/REFURBISHMENT OF FLUID COOLERS (HEAT EXCHANGERS) – FSC J047– NAICS 332410 Issue Date: 21 June 2020 – Closing Date: 20 July 2021 – 4:00 PM Eastern The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Total Set-Aside for Small Business IAW FAR 13.003(b)(1) for proposed 5-year Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The applicable NAICS Classification is 332410 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Delivery is required FOB Destination: NSWC Crane Division, Crane, Indiana 47522-5001. Planned contract minimum is a quantity of one evaluation. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via https://sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx. The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.
