AMENDMENT 0001: N0016421RWP79 IS HEREBY RESCINDED AND NO LONGER VALID. THIS EFFORT WILL BE SOLICITED UNDER N0016422RWP79. N0016421RWP79 – Radar antenna system and component overhauls, repairs, coatings, shipboard installations and removals, and technical support services –PSC J020 – NAICS 334511 Issue Date: 02 August 2021– Closing Date: 02 September 2021 – 1400 Eastern NSWC Crane intends to solicit and award a single Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract for repair and overhaul AN/SPS-48, AN/SPS-49, AN/SPS-67, (V) 3/5, AN/SPQ-9B, AN/SPS-40, AN/SPS-73, and AN/SPS-55 antenna systems/components and select Below Deck AN/SPS-49 equipment for United States Navy (USN), United States Coast Guard (USCG), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) radar systems; including technical support and engineering services that complement the repair, overhaul, analysis, and shipboard installation. Delivery is required FOB Destination. THIS EFFORT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted.
