N0016421RGW13 – Commercial Transport Trailers- PSC 2330 - NAICS 333924 - Anticipated RFP issue date 28-MAY-2021 - Anticipated RFP closing date 28-JUN-2021 02:00 PM EST. THIS EFFORT WILL BE A TOTAL SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and make a single award of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Two (02) with an Option for one (01) additional ; Commercial Transport Trailers to be modified in accordance with Government specifications. The Government intends to award to the responsible Contractor whose offer represents the best value, utilizing the Tradeoff Process, to the Government considering technical, past performance, and price. The following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN(s)) are anticipated: CLIN 0001- Two Complete Trailer Assemblies CLIN 0002- Data (Not Separately Priced) CLIN 0003- Option – One Complete Trailer Assembly Government specifications will be available at time of RFP issuance. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the Beta.Sam website.
