AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Update Section B, First Article Testing CLINs w ith IDIQ minimums if First Article Testing is required; 2. THIS EFFORT WILL BE PARTIALLY SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. THE ANTICIPATED CLIN STRUCTURE BELOW IDENTIFIES THE LINE ITEMS BEING SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and make a single or multiple awards of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with an ordering period of five (5) years for – Connectors in support of outboard submarine and surface ship sonar cable assemblies of the following systems: AN/SQS-53C, OK-542, OA-9070 and AN/BQQ-10 systems. The sponsors supported by these services include the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Technical Branches, US Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Directorate, and the United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC). The Government intends to award to the responsible Contractor(s) whose offer(s) represents the best value, utilizing the Tradeoff Process, to the Government considering technical, past performance, and price. The Government estimates that the IDIQ maximum is potentially a value of $1.8M, total. All manuals, specifications, and/or other technical documents will be available at time of RFP issuance. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
