Evaluation Criteria is listed in the Provision section of the solicitation under 52.212-2. This is not a small business set aside and is not available for Multiple Award. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-21-Q-0169 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
