N00164-21-Q-0073 - BUBBLE WRAP FILM – FSG 8135 - NAICS 326112 ISSUE DATE 23 APR 2021 – CLOSING DATE 07 MAY 2021 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time Bubble Wrap Film - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Bubble Wrap Film 16”X1500’ ¾” -PERF EVERY 12”. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC Crane, 300 Hwy 361 Crane, IN 47522-5001. Firm fixed prices are being solicited. This is a FAR 13 Competitive Requirement, 100 Percent Set Aside For Small Business. Offerors that are non-compliant with any material requirement of the solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
