AND RF WATERLOAD – FSG 1680 - NAICS 334419 ISSUE DATE 08 DEC 2020– CLOSING DATE 12 DEC 2020 – 3:00 PM Eastern Time This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-21 -Q-0041 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Microwave Engineering Corporation, 1551 Osgood Street, North Andover, MA 01845, CAGE CODE: 06351), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 0001 – Waterload Coupler P/N R80Q-296 IAW Statement of Work QTY 3 CLIN 0002 – RF Waterload P/N C80-380(9705HF-E1) IAW Statement of Work QTY 6 CLIN 0003 – Waterload Coupler P/N R83-340 IAW Statement of Work QTY 4 Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is December 21, 2020.
