This solicitation is considered Full and Open Competition. Competitive quotes will be accepted IAW the Statement of Work. It is not anticipated that this will be a Multiple Award Contract. The vendor shall provide proton radiation effects test facility services for research and testing of micro-electronic components for Department of Defense (DoD) systems. These services shall be provided as specified in this Statement of Work (SOW). Additionally, dosimetry data supporting the radiation effects research and testing shall be provided. The vendor shall also provide a space for controlling experiments and testing and shall be instrumented adequately for microelectronics testing. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.
