Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-21-Q-0003 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (84 HILL AVE NWFORT WALTON BEACH, FL, 32548-3858, CAGE CODE: 09062), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 001: Power Supply, p/n: 432720-2, S/N: 218882, Test, Teardown, and Evaluation with option for Repair - CLIN 002: Power Supply, p/n: 432720-2, S/N: 269266, Test, Teardown, and Evaluation with option for Repair - CLIN 003: Power Supply, p/n: 432720-2, S/N: 269315, Teardown, and Evaluation with option for Repair Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is APR 19, 2021. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
