The requirement is for Engineering Services Support for Software Integration, Software Development, Software engineering, Software Architecture, Cybersecurity/Information Assurance, Software Deployment, Software Support Activity (SSA), In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA), Technical, Program, Logistic, Configuration Management, Administrative, and Repair support services. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Tri Star Engineering, Inc., 1801 S Liberty Dr STE 200, Bloomington, IN 47403, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is being sole sourced because the competitive follow-on for Task Order N0016417F3000 cannot be awarded and provide adequate transition time prior to the complete execution of labor hours.
