N00164-20-R-WS48 - SOLE SOURCE - AN/ALQ-99(V) Power Supply Repair - FSC 6130 - NAICS 335999 Synopsis Response Date 26 September 2019 Anticipated Solicitation Issue Date 27 SEP 2019 - Anticipated Solicitation Closing Date 28 OCT 2019 - Time 2:00 PM EST The Government has a requirement for the repair of the AN/ALQ-99(V) Switching Power Supply (P/N 459521-1) and Linear Power Supply (P/N 459522-1) manufactured by HDL Research Laboratory, Inc. It is anticipated this action will result in a five year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contract for repair of power supplies required for use in support of the AN/ALQ-99(V) Tactical Jamming System (TJS) and EA-18G Growler programs. The quantities of repair for each type of power supply to be repaired for this procurement is unknown and will be conducted on an as received basis over the five year ordering period. FOB destination delivery will be two months after receipt of order at NSWC Crane, Crane, IN 47522-5001. This effort will be Sole Sourced to HDL Research Laboratory, Inc., 406 West Blue Bell Road, Brenham, TX. 77833 in accordance with the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Government does not possess rights to the required documentation necessary to test and repair the items. It is estimated it would cost approximately $1,056,000 to produce a technical data package sufficient to enable someone other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform the repairs. The effort will not be set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will not be made available on Fed Biz Opps and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed..
